Fantastisk oplevelse med Ever Bean! Min ordre kom hurtigt frem, og kommunikationen var helt i top. Det er tydeligt, at der bliver lagt kærlighed i både service og produkt. Kaffen er friskristet og smager helt fantastisk – en markant forskel fra almindelig supermarkedskaffe. Jeg handler helt sikkert her igen!

FANTASTISK KUNDESERVICE!

Jeg bestilte 90 dripbags, men da jeg modtog dem var 80-90% af dem ikke til at åbne, med mindre man brugte en kniv. Svejsningen sad simpelthen for lavt i forhold til den stiplede linje. Jeg kontakter ejeren og oplyser om problemet, hvortil han undskylder mange gange og fortæller, at han vil sende en ny, identisk ordre afsted med det samme. Han takker mig mange gange for at ringe og oplyse om problemet, kontra blot at stoppe med at handle hos ham. Dét kalder jeg kundeservice på HØJT NIVEAU!! Jeg kan varmt anbefale at handle hos Everbean. Fantastisk service, hurtig levering og produkter i høj kvalitet! Tak for den fantastiske service, det er virkelig værdsat! 🙏🏻🙏🏻
